Monday, April 17

We took the train back to Amsterdam. After checking in to our hotel, we take a short train trip to the village of Zaanse Schans, known for its windmills.

Our final day of travel began with a 45-minute train ride to The Hague.

The Mauritshuis.

A 20-minute tram ride took us to the north shore at Scheveningen for the dunes.

Tuesday night I visited the Sex Museum. (If you're at all embarrassed or offended by erotica, just click here to skip these four photos and go directly to the final arrival-in-Miami photo.)

      OK —

Wednesday, April 19

I could easily spend a week and more in Amsterdam alone. I may do that next spring. At the very least, I would like to see the tulips in Keukenhof.

Meanwhile, I was very happy to get home.
